Video interview due to the pandemic. Hiring manager did not really seem interested throughout the conversation, and was distracted most of the time and even got up from the screen once. They even answered a phone call right in the middle of the interview! Honestly gave off crowdsourcing vibes, where they asked for some creative new product development ideas, took notes, only to ghost you in the end with no explanation or even a generic email. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism and this whole experience from DERMAFLASH!
