Began with submitting resume to a DECO email. I was invited to a presentation explaining the position and giving a background on the company and there I was able to sign up for an interview slot in the following days.

"what are your strengths/weakness" "how do you react when..."one of the last steps of the interview was to clear the issued firearm in front of the interviewer. They're looking for your comfort level around firearms and your ability to safely clear a firearm. the last step of the process was to write a mock report after watching a short video.
