At first, the process moved fairly quickly. I was invited to a video interview with the recruiter, where they mainly outlined the role, benefits, and expectations. During this initial screening, I was asked standard questions about my interest in the position and relevant experience. The second interview was scheduled within a few days and took place with the hiring manager. Overall, the conversation went well. However, communication stopped after that point. Despite following up for updates or feedback, I received no response, there wasn’t even an automated rejection email. The only indication that the process had finished was seeing that someone else had filled the role on LinkedIn. Notably, this was my second time interviewing with the same recruiter within a span of three months, and unfortunately, the outcome was the same both times which is no follow-up or closure after the interviews. This lack of communication is quite frustrating and leaves the impression that applicants’ time and effort are not fully respected.

The entire process took about 6 weeks. The talent acquisition team was very supportive throughout the process. It was a two rounds of interview including the screening and technical team. The team was knowledgeable and approachable during the various stages of the process
