I had a video interview with HR. It was generally ok but I could tell by the end they weren't interested in me. They want you to have experience with CRM systems for this role which wasn't stated in the person spec. The next stage is an interview with the hiring manager but I didn't get that far.

Entrevista
The first interview was with an HR rep (in Canada) over Google Meet who was very welcoming and professional. The second interview was with the actual managers from the Customer Happiness Team in Nottingham however over Google Meet ( due to being in a national lockdown). The whole process took nearly 4 weeks. I wasn't successful in securing the third stage of the interview which was very disappointing as the managers seemed so lovely! Customer Happiness Team in Nottingham seems like a great team to be a part of.
