The process is straight forward, I applied via Zip Recruiter which already had my resume on there. They called me in before the end of the week and I met with one of the directors. 3 part interview process. If you can bring value to the company and help them grow, they'll bring you in. They do a second round interview with an account manager to see if you fit in the culture and then the third interview is about salary and hours. Very straight forward.
