Application submitted through email & online platform. Received SHL test within 2 days. After completing the test, an assessment center was held that weekend. The assessment was comprised of two parts: written tests and interview. Written tests included listening test, essay writing, analysis and a short case study. I was told to bring a laptop and completed the test on it. I interviewed with the CEO and another high-level executive. After that, I was put through another interview with HR. The HR team asked us to join for dinner that evening.

There was an Online assessment test which had 3 sections, and it took around 45 mins to complete. Interview- Personal interview with hiring team Virtual assessment centre which conducts various tasks like group discussions and individual presentations
