I went to the store and met with the store manager. I had to fill out a questionnaire and the manager asked me about my availability. And then it was done. Got a call few days after saying that I got the job.

When was the last time you went out of your way to help a customer?
Submitted an online application. After about a week, received a phone interview. Fairly conversational / welcoming, asked about previous experience, problem solving situations, how to deal with a difficult customer. Once that was successful, there was an in-person interview with the store manager.

Firstly I walk in to the store and inform the manager that I want to apply for the sales assistant, and then I received a call from the manager and got simple call interview.

In person single interview and trial. There was a few people applying and you will need to show you work a very high paced pressure environment. There is not a lot of sitting down and doing nothing you have to be very invokved
