Group Interview was fun and engaging, we had to do activities and act out retail situations with our group. The one on one interview was easy and short. It wasn't intimidating if you are confident and came prepared. They are after chirpy and enthusiastic people so bring your A-game.

- What skills can you bring in this role?
- Is your schedule flexible?
Interviewer was really nice, asked a bunch of questions and had to fill in a form. Questions regarding with customer service (E.g. When have you went above and beyond for a customer?) and team work (How did you resolve a dispute within a team?) . They will check and call up your references.
