The process was 3 stages: Phone screening with HR, interview with hiring manager, then panel interview with someone on the team + senior leadership. It was fair overall in my opinion

I applied and received a phone call from the Hr team. They gave me another interview with the hiring manager and then with the team. After that I learned I didnt get the job.
