Phone interview with HR intern. HR did not seem very engaged in this process. The questions were generally superfluous and not very meaningful. Fluff questions. I asked questions about the environment as well, and HR was very defensive about much of the feedback posted and Glassdoor and that they have a relatively high turnover.

Was asked if my salary expectations for 80k were firm. I mean let's be honest here, if they're paying less than 80k for director level positions- something's wrong here.
