Applied online and heard back after a month for a phone screening. I then had an in person interview with 7 other employees, ranging from experience. I was asked mostly behavioral questions and was asked to explain a few technical items on my resume. It was light hearted and casual.

Very slow and unresponsive. I interviewed once with lower level employees (who would have been my equals) and had a good interview. They took a lot longer than they said they would to get back to me about a second round. After I finally got that squared away and interviewed a second time I was told I'd hear back within two weeks. It took over a month even though I emailed after two weeks. After verbally extending me an offer it took two weeks for them to send me an official document to look over.
