I have spoken with several D R Horton sales employees who have confirmed that the corporate mentality is to ignore consumers after they have consummated their deals. After deposits have been placed or close of escrow, customer satisfaction is a very low priority. Its a churn and burn management style that people with morals dont flourish in.

They want people who are cut throat and will do whatever to make money. That was not me. Drama drama. You could tell Management loves to watch the drama unfold by the interview.
It was average. It was Good. Very nice. Phone and in person. Asked many questions about sales. Must have good personality. Must be knowledgeable and able to work on your feet
Seemed to go really well, but then they ghosted me. I tried reaching out, but nothing. It was really odd considering it went well and they implied I would get an offer.
