1 call from Hr departement. Basic questions about your experience in order to see if your English is ok.
2 Assessement over the phone: yiu will need to speak and interpret over the phone in both languages
3 if you passes the 2 step they call you for a face to face interview

Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

What interpretation experience have you had in the past?
Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
