I had the chance to learn about their impressive solution, meet smart and genuine team members and felt they were curious about my background and experience. The HR team managed the process collaboratively and positively, with clear communication and a well-structured approach. Overall, it was a very positive experience, even if it didn't work out this time.

Had a great conversation with the recruiter, Scott, and successfully scheduled a call with the Hiring Manager. The interview went exceptionally well, but despite two follow-up emails over the past two weeks, I’ve received no response from Scott. Radio silence after a promising discussion isn’t exactly a masterclass in professionalism.

I declined the offer due to personal events that came up, and I decided not to take on a new opportunity at this time. However, Cynet's offer met my salary expectations, and I would definitely like to consider working with them in the future once things settle down on the personal front.
