The Interview process included the normal two steps : 1 Technical and/or aptitude test 2 Interview for short-listed candidates - technical and hr rounds The test had two sections - aptitude and electronics Aptitude questions were average and not too difficult Same was with electronics questions which include digital electronics and vlsi subjects Interview was scheduled after 2-3 weeks after the test. It took 30-45 minutes and can be cracked by anyone who has learned the subject with good understanding Afterwards a 10 min hr round was also there.

Interview process was streamlined...Multiple managers spoke covering the entire spectrum of the PD flow. The interview panel was friendly and wanted to dig in to concepts more than tool knowledge. Hiring process was straight forward and the followups were quick. In general I realized that the quality of hiring is good
