It was a vary basic interview starting with an online aptitude test. They pretend to be very busy behind the laptop screen. These people think that they are hiring the best but as far as I saw they are pick candidates randomly, call them for interview and then selects no one. I don't understand if they have to pick no body, why they even shortlist candidates before calling. Cvent is really a good company but their HR process is very strange and weird. Its more like insulting candidates by calling them without considering their resumes at first and then rejecting. I gave answers to everything but still they didn't select me or any fellow person who are currently sitting is far best companies today.

first of all they will take a mcq test on computer 25 to 30 questions aptitute only not technical followed by interview and then skype interview time for mcq test was 20 to 22 minutes it depends

Questions about Networking were asked.
After that projects,training and projects were discussed.
I was given questions about team management and time constraints were discussed.
overall the interviewer was very friendly and helped me understand the profile.
Also the office was very pretty.
I had a good interview experience.
