Attended the first round on phone telephonic , after the interview got over , i was told to come to the location for face to face 2nd round and other rounds , when i came for the interview on spot , i gave it my best and then later after the interview got over , the HR came and told me that the reviews are positive and i need to come for 3rd round and HR round next day as concerned ppl aren't available . So yeah i again travelled and came next day to attend it so the 3rd interviewer was a senior project manager, she sounded quite positive of onboarding me after the interview got over, as she said , like after 3 months you join , not sure which project you will be put into but there are many good projects and hr round started . The HR guy looked like a cunning fellow who tried to twist and turn to ask me a lot of general questions but it went all fine so i was kinda positive that after the 3 rounds of tech interview about which positive reviews were given, i was kinda sure that i would be selected but later when i had enquired about the feedback , they were like the 2nd round wasn't positive ?? Are you kidding me ? you make a candidate come the next day for 3rd round n HR telling that reviews were positive and later you say that reviews aren't positive ?? And also my profile doesn't match with the requirements ?? Are you kidding me !! That was a serious and not expected disappointment i had to face from such a growing org .
