I attended interview in CustomSoft last week. The process of interview is really good. They checked actual programing skills rather than theorotical knowledge.
For the people having good programming skills CustomSoft is best place to attend interview. Even few of my friends had been in CustomSoft for interview purpose and they are also satisfied with the interview process held in CustomSoft

I applied online to the cutom soft. after that i will get a call for interview at swarget at their office. As soon i reach the recruiter mam give me 4 problem statements which u can write in any language and execute .there is time lot of 1 hour to complete at least 2 programmes and if another 2 get complete there is advantage.after completion they ak me logic ask me to execute programmes and i take a leave from there. they said if i get selected for next round they will inform me..its a amazing experience.managment was good.

Entrevista
I applied online for interview in Jan 2017. I got call from custom soft for interview. They called me at their which which was located at swargate. But when I checked on the website address was showing of Shniwar peth. Still I attended the interview. They called me for interview at 10 'o' clock, I waited til 12 o clock & then they held a technical interview, Which was checked by HR. And they lady does not have any knowledge of C++ really horrible. After doing correct programming she asked me to leave.
