Applied to this role and was directed to schedule a 30 minute interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly and personable. Even though they had only requested a 30 minute time slot, the interview lasted over an hour. The recruiter knew I was on an active job search, and he asked that I let him know if I needed to pull out of the interview process due to getting a new role faster than they were able to move. Funnily enough, he ended up ghosting me. Incredibly unprofessional.
