I applied online, after which I completed the personality assessment and had my interview via phone call. The call was chill, and the questions were generally centred around availability, competence and interest in the role.

I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
