Submitted application on company website, contacted within a couple days for a screening interview via Skype. Had 30 minute screening interview with hiring manager. Questions were more in depth than a typical screening interview. I think that was because it was hiring manager and not an HR screen. Got an email seven business days later that they were not interested in moving forward with my candidacy. I appreciated the quick turnaround.
