      Entrevista

      I went through multiple interview rounds for a senior operations leadership role, including discussions with the hiring manager and a cross-functional panel. The interviewers themselves were professional, prepared, and clearly knowledgeable about their functions. Conversations were generally thoughtful and role-relevant. However, after significant time investment and multiple interviews, I was informed of the rejection with no feedback provided. At a director-level role, this was disappointing and felt misaligned with a transparent, candidate-respectful process—especially given the depth of engagement required throughout the interviews. While I appreciate the courtesy of the recruiting team and the opportunity to learn more about the organization, I would encourage greater transparency and feedback for senior candidates moving forward. Constructive closure matters, particularly at leadership levels. Advice to Management: For leadership roles, consider providing at least high-level feedback to candidates who progress through multiple rounds. It reflects well on the organization and reinforces a strong employer brand. Overall Interview Experience: Neutral to slightly negative due to lack of feedback, despite positive interactions with interviewers.
