The interview is 4 stages not 8, however you will meet anywhere between 6-8 people in the process. Yes you do get to meet with a number of people from the Engineering team, and also have the opportunity to speak with our CTO which we think is a good thing as the people you are talking to are future team mates. These are people that you will be working with on a day to day basis, also it's a great opportunity to ask questions to peers who are doing the same job we will be hiring you for. We have taken your comments on board re repetition, this is the first we have heard of this however thanks for putting on our radar so we can ensure it does not happen in the future. I can assure you that we value everyones time who interview with us. As you can appreciate we interview a number of people and not everyone can interview on the same day so unfortunately sometimes there can be a 2/3 day delay to get full feedback to you.
