Positions open for a long time so not sure they are serious about hiring for the role. Seems like they bring in candidates to interview just to fill the quota. Recruiting process and hiring manager appears disorganized. It didn't appear that the hiring manager really understood what the day to day of the role is about. Recruiting process is using external agencies and then ghost you without feedback.
