The interview process was really simple. I received a phone call from a recruiter a couple of days after submitting an application to setup a time for a phone interview. The screening consisted of basic behavioral questions. Received a call a couple of days later that they wanted me to come in and meet the IT Manager. They didn’t tell me this but at that point I had essentially had the job. When I met with the IT Manager it was really just a conversation on the different projects I would be working on and meeting the team. Received a phone call the next day with an offer and for a drug test.
