I scored an interview after meeting a rep at a conference. The interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions but interviewer also asked for technical info about previous experience. Overall i think it was a good experience and it felt like a conversation. my interviewer was also very accomplished so i loved learning about truck engines he’d worked on while at cummins.
