Contacted by staffing agency and agreed to interview. Met with the hiring manager. The interview was fairly straightforward. I was asked questions about my resume and experience. I was then shown the area in which I would work and met some of the employees.
3 parts to the interview. Phone interview with hiring, in person interview with high ups, practical interview attempting to strip turbo.
Straight forward and no trying to catch you out.
