Applied through the career fair at my university. Received a phone call about three weeks later to come to campus for an aptitude test. The test consisted of verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and a technical test in my engineering discipline. About a month later, received a call to schedule a telephone interview.

Mostly asked questions about the projects I worked on in university and whether I was still interested in the position after providing detailed description of the work I would be doing.
Simple process with a few technical questions and then a couple presentations, one about yourself and another topic of your choice preferably on engineering project that you have done or are interested in.
