I first submitted my resume for the job application on my university careers website. I then had an interview with two employees on campus which primarily revolved around my past experiences and my interest. After clearing that, I had 3 back to back interviews at their office after 2 weeks of the initial interview.

I interviewed with an experienced director and the whole process went well. They tend to know if you truly understand their culture and whether you are a good fit to the organization.

I've applied online and they reached out through email to see what time and date I would be available to interview. I was interviewed by 2 managers and they were courteous and friendly the entire interview. Within a week after the interview, I received an email with my internship offer. It was a smooth process

Apply online. 30-45 minute online interview with two recruiters. Mix of behavioral and technical questions. There is a meeting with the recruiters the day before the first round of interviews.
