I got a call from a recruiter saying he was interested in talking to me. Two days later I was scheduled for a phone interview. This phone interview was a behavioral interview and a functional interview would be followed up

The person I interviewed with was very sweet. For the actual interview process, they focused heavily on behavioral questions, name a time when you worked in a team.. name a time you failed in a project..)

The interview was quite stressful as it was long however the interviewers were so nice and make me feel at ease during the interview. Their questions were clear and if I didn't understand I couldn't ask without feel scared or ashamed
