Entrevista
Talked to Cummins recruiter on campus and was offered an on-campus interview. The first round was all behavioral test. One week later, I received an email invitation to advance to the second round. I was contacted by the hiring manager for a technical interview. She kept rescheduling the interview date and eventually cancelled by saying that my resume was accidentally submitted to her. Disappointed.

Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.

Phone interview with project engineer. Conversation began with interviewer telling me a bit about their work. Followed by a series of 6 questions that were meant to see how you would respond to certain situations.
