I first talked to them at a career fair. They called me one week later for a phone interview, ask a few things about my experience and interests.
Got the job offer two weeks later.
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
