I had a call with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. I felt both were fairly positive experiences. The 2nd call spent more time digging into my current role, team and the way we do things as a company, rather than questions about my capabilities in the role I was interviewing for. It was also pointed out that my current company has had a lot of growth, so I was questioned why I'm leaving my current role despite this - the question shouldn't be phrased this way in my opinion. Overall, I felt a bit judged and discouraged by the 2nd call. I did not receive any feedback afterwards.

It was a fast and smooth process. I would interview with them again. Very professional. I would have preferred if they offered feedback on interviews or any sort of communication afterwards, especially in a tough job market . Any form of feedback would help.

Entrevista
The initial interview went well and the recruiter was very pleasant. Didn't advance from there but you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working at CB.
