Very relaxed, over the phone, no longer than 10 minutes They asked alot about what you do on campus, who you know, how you can network to grow the company. It was straightforward and not difficult. Questions asked were sometimes confusing. They will give an offer or not right after the phone interview. Nothing in person for this position.

Overall it was a fairly quick and easy interview process. I had one interview over the phone- it lasted about 15 minutes or so. They asked me basic interview questions such as what is your strongest trait or what will you bring to this position. The entire process took about a week.
