Entrevista
I was referred to Cruise by someone I worked with at a previous company. I did a 30-minute screening call with a recruiter, followed by a 60-minute video call with a Senior Designer on the following week. The last step was a 3.5-hour onsite, including 1-hour portfolio presentation, Q&A, 1:1s, and a whiteboarding exercise. It took about 3 weeks in total.
