Initially spoke with the Recruiting Manager though I'm not really sure if he managed anyone. He was unorganized and when asked about the other recruiter positions that were posted online he couldn't explain what team they were for. He asked me about my background and expertis. Then he said he would move me to the next step and the next day emailed and said they found someone and will close out this req which I thought was unprofessional. If you're not going to really move me to the next stage then why give me the runaround? If I don't fit then you should know it right then and there and say maybe my background if not a fit. I have experience in both non technical and technical but the guy couldn't even offer other possible positions... then I looked at his profile and the funny thing is that I have more experience than him.
