The interview took place with a panel of 3 managers, online via a Zoom meeting. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and started with one of the panel giving an overview of the role and what it entailed and each panel member then asked 2 questions each. They finished by asking whether I had any questions and were happy to answer these.

you need to know the civil service behaviours and tailor your answers to fit the criteria which is each sentence, you need to hit all parts of the criteria to pass the interview. the stronger your explanation for each the more likely you are to get it.
