I only interacted with a recruiter, but unfortunately it was not a positive experience. Received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone conversation and responded promptly. I never heard back from recruiter, then received an email about 3 weeks later that the position had been filled. While I totally understand the challenge of keeping up with applicants, not responding to someone you actively reached out to is disappointing and unprofessional.
