I applied in October and didn't get a call until January. I had one phone interview and one in-person interview. I did not hear back until three weeks later, but then started almost immediately.

Phone interview, only because I went to school eight hours away. I was asked various situation questions and basic things about myself. I was also prescreened by an HR rep. Overall, good experience.
