They discussed my abilities and not my previous experience in the industry. I was only in the industry for a few months but they did not hold that against me. They were looking for a self starter that i can handle multiple demands from internal and external sources. During that time the company was being managed by someone else and they did not mind that i showed up to the interview in jeans.

Long interview process. Questions were heavily focused on finance and telecommunications experience. Went through about three rounds of interviews: one phone, one Zoom. And one panel interview. Relatively easy interview process.

Entrevista
After I submitted the requested resume on line I was contacted by a third party interview staff who confirmed the details within my submitted resume. It was then that the position was incorrectly posted for another location.
The interview process was simple yet took a long time to go through. The hiring team was nice and they tried their best to make it friendly. The interview itself was average and questions asked were generic.
