First you get Phone screening and then you get face to face with panel they ask you all the general question nothing specific. You should expect more personality related questions

Received a phone call from a recruiter hired by Crown Castle - SCOM. Asked to provide updated resume. Recruiter did not know the job position well and was very unprofessional. Scheduled a follow-up telephone interview and failed to call. Would not return my phone calls or emails. I even emailed questions about the job before the scheduled telephone interview and did not hear back. Honestly, I think this was just a ploy to collect an updated resume for their records.
