Submitted resume online through campus recruiting tools. Resume was reviewed for 1-2 weeks before I heard about the opportunity to interview. Had two 30 minute interviews with senior management and received an offer 48 hours later. Visited office in Indiana and has Q&A with current employees. Accepted shortly thereafter.
