I have applied for this job by sending my resume to the email stated on Crowe's career website. I sent the email on 20th February 2021 and received a phone call interview invitation on 23rd February 2021. The phone call interview was scheduled for 24th February 2021 and it took about half an hour. The HR was nice and just asking some general questions like why you choose audit etc. The overall process was relaxed and chilled. The HR informed that there will be another online video interview with the managers of Crowe. On 25th February 2021, I received an email from Crowe to take an essay test. The essay test was on-demand and time-limited. The online video interview was scheduled for 4th March 2021 and it took about 1 hour. The interview session involved an audit partner and a senior from Crowe. The application status was updated on 15th March 2021 with an internship placement offered.
