I was reached out by the recruiter (who did not spell my name correctly) via email to schedule a phone screen. The call lasted less than 30 min and the recruiter asked questions on your experience on your resume. I was told that the next step was getting the green light from the hiring managers followed by a take-home assessment, and lastly a loop interview. Recruiter ghosted me.
