First step in the process is a short call with an internal recruiter, where the role is discussed and both sides can ensure it’s a good fit before progressing with the application.
Next stage is a technical test on their online test platform, probably one of the best platforms I’ve used for a technical assessment, very interactive covering a range of topics, nothing unexpected for this kind if work and all fairly easy stuff.
The next stage is a technical interview with senior analysts from the falcon team. Questions were more advanced than the technical assessment, but nothing unexpected, an analyst with strong technical foundation should be fine.
Final stage is a interview with two managers, focus here is more on the softer side of skills, more scenario based questions and discussing previous experience.
Overall I found the whole experience very positive, everyone I’ve dealt with has been very nice and professional, overall the process takes between 3-4 weeks.
