      Hiring and interview process: (4 rounds of interviews) 1. Applied through LinkedIn and referred internally, initial 20-30 mins conversation with the director of talent 2. Received an email within few days for the second round which is a one hour zoom interview with VP of CS 3. A challenge to role play and walkthrough 4. Meeting with a team of 3 people for a panel discussion of questions

      Entrevista

      First round Phone Interview - 20 mins max, and the recruiter doesn't explain the role in detail. Second round with the Director of CS and Manager of onboarding. After this round, there is a lot of lack of communication here. I just assume I didn't move to the following stage of the interview process. - Case study - Panel. I didn't get to the case study and panel stage, so I can't comment on that. Overall the interview process is not too bad, but I would love some sort of communication from the recruiter after the second interview.

      What motivates? What doesn't motivates? Why makes you apply for the job? Tell me about a time when you disagree with your manager. Tell me about a time a customer didn't show up for a meeting, and what did you do? How can you fit an elephant into a refrigerator?

      Be ready for a "Stress Interview". This is the type of interview where there is a "good cop, bad cop" situation. I came out of the interview very disappointed with the company because the lady I talked to was very rude and sounded disinterested, almost like interviewing me because she had to but didn't want to. I actually lost interest in the company during the interview and ruined it because I figured I wouldn't want to work with a rude manager. I don't know much about the politics of the company and this person but I just found out about "Stress Interviews" and I think this is what happened. It's a pretty unpleasant experience if it comes as a surprise so be prepared.
