First you have to perform a test, if you do well enough, then you have the option to complete a project which will then be evaluated. The project for this position only gave 24 hours to finish, and was unbelievably involved for such a short time frame. It expected someone to basically create a fully functional CRUD app with maps features to locate specific places within a certain region, and then setup a nodeJS Rest API server for it to communicate with, and on top of that it also must take credit card info and allow for other languages. Then a specific testing process and whatnot must be gone through, with a demo video also being required when it's complete. I found this unbelievable that anyone would be willing and able to complete this in 24 hours, and it was missing one of the required files for the Rest API server.

It starts with very basic questionary and then you need to implement rather significant project with sophisticated requirements limitations during 72 hours after getting a task. You also need to record a video with instructions about your result.
