Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Cross Country (Austin, TX) en nov 2020
Entrevista
I had an initial call with the talent acquisition, he discussed the job details and responsibilities with me and stated the next steps would be an interview. He sent me the interview invite for the following day. However, as I joined in on the zoom call, I waited a few minutes until I realized the other person was not joining. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Entrevista
Awkward to say the least. The manager seemed put off and bragged about not being able to take a day off since March 2020. Proceeded to further explain that the internal staff is overwhelmed/overworked/understaffed and attempted to normalize working all hours of the day. The manager also commented that, “the grass isn’t always greener, and it’s not much better at cross country” as a response to why I was searching for a new company. The irony of this situation, the manager attempted to offer me a junior account manager position, which is below what I initially applied for. Honestly one of the worse interviews that I have ever experienced.

Very comfortable and conversational interview. I felt as though there was an interest in me and connection from the the first phone screen to the in person office interview. I appreciated this type of process , it made me feel as though there was a genuine interest in me.
