Probably my best interviewing experience ever.
From the 1st phone interview until the offer, the process took exactly one week.
HR was very accommodating in scheduling the interviews.
The onsite schedule consists of 2 algorithm interviews, 1 systems design, 1 behavioral.
The algorithms - were interested in ability to write scalable software.
The systems design - were very standard questions.
The behavioral interview - talking about previous experiences.
The most enjoyable aspect of interviewing with Criteo were the interviewers,
who were not just asking a question and checking if you know the answer,
but instead guiding you and helping you to get to an answer that best shows your
knowledge in a particular domain.
If you got stuck they would help you instead of watching you fail for 45m,
which was my experience with many other companies.

This has first round of HR screening and two rounds of Technical round (more coding discussing with interviewer) and one round of system design. Later last round of offer discussion.

application screening, followed by a initial video interview with the HR, than a first technical interview to assess basic qualifications. Questions were of type medium leetcode problem with deep dive and improvements after
