CTL was quick to set up an interview after the submission of materials. Off the bat, the interviewer seemed massively disinterested and was a bit disorganized. Additionally, I was shocked that for a company that just went through a massive social reckoning regarding ADEI/JEDI issues, they didn't ask a single question related to DEI.

Smooth, clear and informative interview process! I felt it would be a great place to work just from the short interaction I had. It was a personable but professional experience.
